Your satisfaction is important to us, and that's the reason why we provide our customers with a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item; any returns requested outside of this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, free of smoke or stains, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we feel the product is not in its original condition, we have the right to refuse any return.

To start a return, contact us at aubrey@zelakileatherco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items), sale items, or products purchased with a gift card. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

For exchange questions, email aubrey@zelakileatherco.comIn most cases, we will request you return the unwanted item and make a separate transaction for a new item, if desired.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
